Payments Processor, Global Payments, Certifies VeriFone VX 520 and VX 520 LE
This week we are happy to announce that the VeriFone VX 520 and VX 520 LE have both been “Class A” certified by Global Payments, a payments processing company operating in major markets around the world.
Enabling this certification is Global Payments’ latest retail and restaurant terminal capture application, “XEGA410AF, ” which addresses two major requirements for merchants and customers:
- Master Card prepaid compliance (partial authorization, full real-time reversals, balance inquiry)
- Receipt compliance items (prepaid, Visa “compare to statement” line, etc.)
VeriFone and Global Payments encourage channel partners and merchants to migrate to this latest software application.
Both the VeriFone VX 520 and VX 520 are PCI PTS 3.0 compliant to support PIN debit processing. Other notable features include:
