  • New Expense Tracker. Get an instant overview of what’s on order, what you owe, and what you’ve paid. Take immediate action on unpaid bills. Batch print or email transactions directly from the Expense Tracker.
  • Improved Budget Creation. Create budgets by fiscal year, from scratch, or by using the numbers from a previous year.
  • New Transactions Importer. Batch-import invoices, payments, or bills.
  • New Customization for Emails. Customize the subject line and edit the reply-to email address.
  • New Sales Tax Liability QuickZoom. Double-click any total in your Sales Tax Liability form to view the detail of the line items that make up this total.
  • Expanded Attachments. Include supporting documents in more areas, including:
  • Chart of Accounts (statements, loan documents…)
  • Items List (pictures, receipts, item maintenance records…)
  • My Company Preference (contracts, agreements…)
  • Employees and Other Names (pictures, contracts, employee evaluations, letters)
  • Vehicles (pictures, contracts, insurance)
  • Sales Reps (performance records, 1099s…)
  • Make Deposits (deposit slips, other banking records)
  • Reconcile (bank statements)
  • New Account Summary on Invoices. Add an account summary to your customized form.
  • New Registers Search. Filter line items and transactions in your registers.
