Yes, you can return to paper statements at any time.

You can follow these steps to change back to paper statements via Internet Banking:

1. Sign in to Internet Banking

2. Select manage my accounts

3. Select Manage eStatements

4. On the right hand side update your “Statement Preference” to Paper Statement for each of the accounts that you no longer wish to receive eStatements for

5. Click on “Agree”.

If you've signed in to Mobile Banking:

1. Tap on the Services icon at the bottom of the screen

2. Scroll down to “Your Statements” and select “Manage eStatements”.

3. From the right hand side select either the envelope for eStatements or the page to receive Paper Statements for each eligible account or simply select “Set all” at the top of the page;
